By accessing or using any services provided by Sigmix Labs (Private) Limited ("Sigmix Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of our website located at sigmixlabs.com and any related services, products, or platforms we provide.
Sigmix Labs provides software development, web and mobile application development, AI integration, consulting, data analytics, cloud services, cybersecurity, e-commerce solutions, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement entered into with the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables, source code, designs, documentation, and other work product produced by Sigmix Labs for a client become the client's property upon full payment of all applicable fees. Sigmix Labs retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, methodologies, or proprietary technology used in delivering services. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted by a confidentiality agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely, and complete information required for project delivery. Delays caused by incomplete briefs, delayed feedback, or unavailability of client stakeholders may affect agreed timelines. Clients warrant that any materials, content, or assets provided to Sigmix Labs do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
Payment terms are as outlined in the applicable SOW or invoice. Sigmix Labs reserves the right to pause work on any engagement where payment is overdue by more than 14 days. Any disputed invoices must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt. Interest may be charged on overdue balances at a rate of 2% per month.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during an engagement. Sigmix Labs will not disclose client data, business plans, or technical details to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigmix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the incident.
Sigmix Labs warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. Where agreed in a SOW, we will provide a warranty period during which defects in the delivered work will be remedied at no additional cost. Warranty does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations outside our scope, or hosting/infrastructure failures.
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Sigmix Labs will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of outstanding fees.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
